Trustees
The Board of Trustees is responsible for the upkeep and the maintenance of the real property (Church Building, Lecture Hall, etc.) of the congregation.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
- A Board of Trustees consisting of six members shall be elected from the membership of the congregation, two of whom shall be elected at each Annual Congregational Meeting and serve a term of three years. The Nominating Committee shall seek the best possible persons for the vacancies keeping in mind that diversity is desirable.
- The Church Treasurer shall serve ex-officio. The Board shall elect its own officers.
- The Board of Trustees shall have the responsibility for the upkeep and the maintenance of the real property (Church Building, Lecture Hall, Parsonage) of the congregation.
- The Board of Trustees shall provide adequate insurance coverage for protecting the interests of the membership.
- The Board of Trustees shall keep records of all business transactions and meetings and report to the Church Council each month and to the membership at the Annual Congregational Meeting.
Meets the 2nd Monday of the month at 7:00 pm
