Why is it so hard to talk with my people about faith and God? We can point to Thomas Jefferson.
Our third president made it well known that his faith was not to be well known. Jefferson rarely spoke of his personal beliefs in public, yet his private letters reveal a deeply spiritual soul who spent considerable time thinking about God.
Okay, so don't stand on a street corner and proselytize, but talk of God daily not intermittently. Learn out loud not to but with those you love.
