Q: What if we can cry so deeply (you know the cry I’m talking about) not because God seems far away, but because God is so near?
There are times and places where you HAVE to hold it together. There are times and places you CHOOSE to hold it together. But what if we can cry—release—because God is SO close to us?
I know a former POW, who, still on active duty, actually cries in a closet. I am not suggesting God is ever distant, but when you’re in your safest retreat, think about how you can (and should) let it all out so well.
APPLICATION: Let God cry with you when you need to do just that.
