Jesus said, "Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant [Mark 10:43a]." I think of my dad, a manager, doing blue collar grunt work right beside those who worked for him. He didn't work over but with his crew.
As we move further into Lent, consider on the on-the-ground ministry of Jesus. He sought out times to be alone in prayer with His Father, but kept to the people. When the hype of his miracle healings started, he told those who knew of him to remain silent.
Do not remain silent today. Go to the people. That will mean different things to each of you, but God will guide you into face to face ministries that matter.
