Midweek Meditation

My foster kids, especially my two- and my three-year-old, make a lot of people smile. They are cheery, waving, and often giggly. Pure delight. Lately, the duo notice light when the three of us hike. My youngest daughter has been noticing how we create shadows. “Look what we are doing!” she says with glee.

 

Today, let’s look at what we are doing with the light given to us, and specifically, the light we can all use into darkness. 1 John speaks of Jesus’ light, love and life. Let’s speak of (and share) this light, love and life, too.
