She could stay bitter. After all, she is a spoil of war. She is carted off to a foreign land where invisible chains keep her in servanthood.
When the leader of her household contracts an incurable disease, she does not stay silent. Instead, she directs him to a prophet who will heal him.
This household leader? He is the very one who captured and enslaved her. If he didn't actually kill her family, he at least kept her from them.
But she does not keep her God from him.
I am speaking of the nameless servant girl and Naaman. Their story is found in 2 Kings 5.
