Big. Not so big. Direct. Indirect. Everybody has stuff.
We learn this in life. We learn this in scripture, too. The Pharisee and tax collector, for example, each struggle with prayer (Luke 18:9-14). One of them knows this. One of them should know this but doesn’t. One of them is high and haughty. One of them is too low to look up.
APPLICATION: Think about your stuff for a moment. Whether your stuff is high or low, do what these two did: pray (or pray again) as soon as you finish these words. Before you go, also pray for those who struggle. I’ll do the same.
